1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the Kelvyra website or engaging our services for custom web development, AI lead systems, or technical consulting, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services & Milestones
All commercial engagements are executed under formal Statements of Work (SOW) specifying milestones, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.
Submissions through our Start a Project form constitute non-binding exploratory inquiries and do not obligate either party to execute an engagement until a written agreement is formally signed.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise specified in your formal contract:
- Client IP: Upon final milestone payment settlement, all custom code, assets, and design files created for your project become your exclusive intellectual property.
- Kelvyra Core: We retain rights to our underlying scaffolding, open-source utilities, and reusable boilerplate libraries.
4. Warranties & Code Quality
We warrant that all delivered code will adhere to contemporary web standards (Core Web Vitals, WCAG accessibility, OWASP security best practices) and function according to agreed technical specifications for a 30-day post-launch warranty window.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
